I highly recommend Shannon Sullivan's massage and healing work for your pets. She provided a weekly series of massages for my 2 cats and it certainly helped them both, and me as well. I found her company's massage rates very reasonable and I took advantage of their "massage package" deals to further reduce costs.

I had  originally sought  out a massage therapist  for  my  2  older cats as they  were not holding the chiropractic adjustments, which I my holistic vet does, in an  attempt to improve  their digestion, their body movements, reduce pain,  and overall health issues. I knew that massage would enable the cat’s muscular-skeletal systems to hold the chiropractic adjustments longer if their muscle tissues were released, stretched, and relaxed.

My greatest concern was for my cat, Miss Cassey, who exhibits chronic digestive issues, numerous food sensitivities, and health issues which veterinarians have not been able to help. She is a very sensitive, loner cat who does not like to be touched. She nips if anyone attempts to disturb her, so I really questioned whether or not she would allow massage.  Surprisingly she immediately responded to Shannon's massage and Reiki healing the first session. By the end of the session she was no longer in a tigh ,crouched position and instead her whole body was stretched out .She had "zoned out" , completely relaxed.  This happened each session.

Both cats benefited so much from the Reiki treatment, as well. I immediately noticed an improvement in their body movements, bowel movements, and digestion. The cats seemed more relaxed and sociable with one another, too.

Shannon taught me some simple massage techniques to continue with on my own. My other cat, Veronica, readily sits in my lap and allows me to massage her, however, Miss Cassey previously would never allow that. Surprisingly, in the middle of the series of Shannon's massages, Miss Cassey began to jump into my lap and allow me to completely massage her. Miss Cassey and I have now improved our relationship via the massage experience.  In addition, Miss Cassey and Veronica now hold their chiropractic adjustments since the massage series.

Massage is not only healing for humans, it is a preventive therapy to maintain human health. Of course, this is, also, true for animals as massage contributes to providing a healthy lifestyle for them and reduce veterinary bills.

Please give it a try and learn what you can do to enhance your animal's quality of life.

Sincerely,

Lynn Heath"
